BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

A credit card must be on file to hold an appointment.

Consultation is required for extensions, 50% of service required to book appointment for matching and purchasing of hair.

DAY OF CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

We require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.

We hope you can understand that when you don’t show up to an appointment or cancel it the day of, we are not able to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list are not able to receive our services and we don’t get compensated for the appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a $50 day of cancellation or no show fee will apply for all services.

REDOS AND ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your results, please call our salon directly. Contact within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds of any kind.
